Welcome to the Interstate United League. 

For more than 20 years the Interstate United League has been providing soccer opportunities for kids of different ages and skill levels.  Our purpose is to promote and develop the sport of soccer within the Siouxland area.

Our recreational program is intended as a FUN soccer opportunity for children with birth years between 2012-2020, and we now provide games for more than 1,400 kids a year!

The Spring 2025 league is set to begin end of April with games being played on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 5:40 or 6:45 at the Dible Soccer Complex in South Sioux City, NE.  The league will conclude by the beginning of June.

Number of games will be based on division size (typically 7-8 scheduled games).

The U13 age group will be composed of birth years 2012, 2013, and 2014

• This change could impact older players as this age group previously had 4 birth years merged due to low participation numbers in the older age division
• We carefully considered all options and believe the benefits of this decision impact the safety and skill level for a larger group of participants

Jersey update for those that didn’t play Fall 2024

• ALL registrants will be required to purchase a set of 2 jerseys for $15 total
  • If you played Fall 2024, there’s no need to purchase new jerseys unless you need a replacement (ex. lost, need new size, etc)
  • Registrants will receive 1 blue (home) jersey and 1 orange (away) jersey
  • These jerseys are yours to keep and to be reused season to season until you need a replacement
  • This decision was made to improve the efficiency of the registration process and to keep registration open for a longer period of time

Since we are a sanctioned league, associated with Iowa Soccer, all division assignments will default to the player's year of birth (regardless of age or school grade).  Even age divisions will be utilized except for our oldest division (U13).

Teams & Coaches

While we strive to fulfill as many requests as possible each season, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE TEAM, COACH, OR PLAYER REQUESTS.

• Registration order, feeder schools, and team sizes will be considered when forming teams
• To request playing up an age level, please use the COACH or TEAM REQUEST field during registration to notate this

Refund Policy:

All registration fees are final.  In the event the season is canceled, or you request a refund prior to the end of regular registration (Mar 31), a refund will be issued minus a $20 administration fee.  PLAYERS REQUESTING TO DROP AFTER THE END OF REGULAR REGISTRATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND!
